I posted in this sub awhile month or so ago about my onion love for my husband's French onion tarte tatin dish at a London restaurant. I couldn't stop thinking about it ever since, so when my sister asked if there was anything I wanted for a fancy dinner at her house, I told her about that exact tarte tatin dish and she said she would make it. Tonight was the night, and she did not disappoint. She cooked two, even making homemade pie crusts. This dish was A+ – high-end restaurant quality. Great job to my sister, and also, thanks for making me feel loved through food.
